Micha van der Sloot, MSc is Manager for Geotechnical Support for Bentley Systems and based in Delft, The Netherlands. Micha joined Plaxis 15 years ago. He now leads a team of geotechnical and numerical experts to help Bentley Systems' Plaxis users advance their geotechnical analysis. Micha is also involved in teaching at online events, workshops and courses about the application and backgrounds of geotechnical numerical modelling. Micha earned his Master of Science degree for Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
